Diesel Engine Oil Pump

Engine oil pump is an important component of the internal combustion engine. Its main function is to provide lubricating oil for the lubrication system during engine operation to reduce friction, improve work efficiency and extend the service life of the engine

When the engine oil pump works, the driving gear on the camshaft is equipped with the transmission gear of the motor oil pump, which rotates the active gear fixed on the active gear shaft, thus driving the driven the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction, and sending the oil from the oil inlet cavity along the tooth gap and the pump wall to the oil outlet cavity. In this way, a low pressure is formed at the oil inlet cavity to generate suction, and the oil in the oil in the oil bottom shell is sucked into the oil cavity.

A low pressure is formed in the oil inlet chamber, causing inhalation, and the oil in the oil in the oil bottom shell is sucked into the oil chamber.

Active gears and driven gears continue to rotate, and the oil is constantly pressed to where it is needed.

The oil is transported to the oil channel through the outlet and continues to circulate inside the engine.
