Engine Cooling Fan Blade Compatible

The working principle of the engine fan is to generate airflow by rotation to lower the temperature of the engine. The air volume of the fan is related to its diameter, blade shape, number of blades, blade mounting angle and fan speed.
The fan blades are tilted at a 300-45° angle to the rotating plane, and some models bend the upper end of the fan blades into a centrifugal fan to improve the heat dissipation effect. The fan clutch can automatically control the stop or turn of the fan, automatically adjust the cooling intensity, and ensure the normal working temperature. In order to improve the cooling capacity of the radiator, install a fan behind the radiator for forced ventilation. In the past, the radiator fan of the car was directly driven by the crankshaft belt. When the engine starts, it will turn and cannot change according to the temperature of the engine. In order to adjust the cooling power of the radiator, it is necessary to install a moving window on the radiator to control the wind to enter. Modern cars have commonly used fan electromagnetic clutch or electronic fan. When the water temperature is relatively low, the clutch is separated from the shaft and the fan does not move. When the water temperature is relatively high, the temperature sensor connects the power supply to make the clutch engage with the shaft and the fan rotates. Similarly, the electronic fan is directly driven by the motor and controlled by the temperature sensor.
