The crank linkage mechanism is the mechanism used by the engine to generate and transmit power. Through it, the thermal energy emitted after fuel combustion is converted into mechanical energy.
The crank connecting rod mechanism is the main moving part of the engine to realize the working cycle and complete the energy conversion. The main parts of the crank connecting rod mechanism can be divided into three groups, the fuselage group, the piston connecting rod group and the crankshaft flywheel group. The engine has four strokes: air intake, compression, work and exhaust. In the work stroke, the crank connecting rod mechanism transforms the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotational motion of the crankshaft and outputs power to the outside. In the other three strokes, due to inertia, the rotational movement of the crankshaft is transformed into the reciprocating linear motion of the piston due to inertia.
