Forklift Oil Pressure Sensor

Oil pressure sensors are high-temperature, corrosion-resistant and high-precision pressure measurement devices. Reliable components with reliable performance and wide operating temperature range are selected, and anti-interference measures are also needed in the circuit to improve the reliability of the sensor, high accuracy, high reliability and long service life.
The electronic oil pressure sensor consists of a thick film pressure sensor chip, a signal processing circuit, a housing, a fixed circuit board device, and two leads (signal lines and alarm lines). The signal processing circuit consists of a power supply circuit, a sensor compensation circuit, a zero-adjusting circuit, a voltage amplifier circuit, a current amplifier circuit, a filter circuit and an alarm circuit. The oil pressure sensor is installed on the main oil channel of the engine. When the engine is running, the pressure measuring device detects the pressure of the oil, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal and sends it to the signal processing circuit. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the amplified pressure signal is connected to the hydraulic indicator through the signal line, changing the ratio of the current passing by the two coils inside the oil indicator meter, so as to indicate the oil pressure of the engine. The pressure signal through voltage amplification and current amplification is also compared with the alarm voltage set in the alarm circuit. When the alarm voltage is lower than the alarm voltage, the alarm circuit outputs the alarm signal and lights up the alarm light through the alarm line.
