Forklift Water Temperature Sensor
The water and water level sensor is composed of the thermostat part and the water level control part. It is also equipped with a pressure relief device in front of the electric valve and a rotary muffler for heating.
The function of the water temperature sensor is to convert the cooling water temperature into an electrical signal. After entering the ECU, there are:
1. Correct the amount of fuel injection; increase the amount of fuel injection when the temperature is low.
2. Modify the ignition advance angle; increase the ignition advance angle at low temperature, and postpone it in order to prevent explosion at high temperature.
3. Affect the idle control valve; at low temperature, the ECU controls the action of the idle control valve according to the water temperature sensing signal to improve the speed.
4. Affect the EGR valve;
