The engine drives the pump bearing and impeller through the belt pulley. The coolant in the pump is driven by the impeller to rotate together. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown to the edge of the pump shell, and a certain amount of pressure is generated, and then flowing out of the outlet or pipe. The pressure in the center of the impeller is reduced due to the throwing of the coolant. The coolant in the tank is sucked into the impeller through the water pipe under the difference between the inlet of the pump and the center of the impeller to realize the reciprocating circulation of the coolant.

The engine oil bottom shell is the lower half of the crankshaft box, which is the shell of the closed crankshaft box as the oil storage tank to prevent impurities from entering, and collect and store the lubricating oil flowing back from each friction surface of the diesel engine to dissipate part of the heat and prevent the oxidation of the lubricating oil.

High-pressure tubing is usually composed of multiple layers to ensure that it has sufficient strength and toughness in a high-pressure environment. The outermost layer is usually made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber or plastic materials. The middle layer is usually made of steel wire or high-strength synthetic materials, which can improve the compressive strength and tensile strength of the tubing, so that it can withstand pressure up to hundreds of bars. The inner layer is made of special plastics, such as polyurethane or polyethylene, to ensure its good compatibility with oil. It also helps to reduce the friction loss of oil during the flow.

The flywheel is a large disk-shaped part of the engine installed at the back end of the crankshaft. It has a large amount of inertia and has the following functions:

1 Store part of the energy of the engine's work stroke to overcome the resistance of other strokes and make the crankshaft rotate evenly.

2 Connect the engine and the car transmission system through the clutch installed on the flywheel.

3 It is equipped with a gear ring that engages with the starter, which is convenient for the engine to start.

The crank linkage mechanism is the mechanism used by the engine to generate and transmit power. Through it, the thermal energy emitted after fuel combustion is converted into mechanical energy.

The cylinder block has high strength and rigidity, which can ensure the correct position of each moving part and normal operation, while reducing vibration and noise. The cylinder block has good cooling performance, and it is surrounded by cooling water sleeves, so that the cooling water can effectively take away heat and improve the efficiency of the engine. The endurance of the cylinder block is also very important, which ensures that the cylinder block can still maintain a sufficient service life after long-term use.

Under the four combined valve structure, the two intake valves inlet at the same time, increasing the channel area of the intake. During the intake stroke, more air can quickly enter the cylinder, which improves the intake efficiency. The valve combination improves exhaust gas discharge, reduces exhaust gas residue, and improves the overall performance of the engine.

The main body of the camshaft is a cylindrical rod of the same length as the cylinder group. There are several cams on it to drive the valve.
